Georgeham is a beautiful village set in the heart of the North Devon countryside yet only two miles from the beach. Between Woolacombe, Croyde and Putsborough, Georgeham is ideally located for the perfect seaside holiday.
Our claim to fame is that author Henry Williamson lived in the village and wrote Tarka the Otter whilst here.
We have a lovely village community with a church, our own primary school and two smashing pubs.
We have a population of about 2,000 which grows considerably during the summer months.
We are very proud of our village. It is a lovely place to live, work or stay.
